BUSINESS TERMS
ORDER
It is very important to receive the order at least one week in advance because the fish must be taken to our warehouse from the collection areas to condition them for the trip. Treat them correctly in the quarantine area to give you the quality of the fish that you need.
ABOUT PACKAGING
You can order the fish according to your needs: in full box, half box or a quarter of a box with the amount of each species you need. We suggest you that the minimum order be 100 kg. (5 doble box or 10 standar box) The airlines calculate the freight cost with 100 kg as the minimum chargeable weight.
We make the perfect packaging according to the travel time, the weather and the requirements of each spice about water and oxygen to make the best to the fish arrived safetly.
PRICE & OTHER CHARGES
- The prices on the invoice are approved according to the last stock list, your order and a pre-invoice.
- The prices of some species can be changed according to the specific seasons of some species. These prices will be informed with the previously updated stock list so that you can place your order
- We require 100% advance payment by Wire Transfer. Payment must be received in our account before we ship and it must cover cost of goods, packaging cost, exports documentation charges and Freight cost if it is necessary.
D.O.A. REPORT
You must send us the report of the arrival of the fish the same day that you receive them. We will review the evidence as photographs and videos to accept DOA. You can also send us a final report up to 24 hours after receiving the fish for the final DOA report. According to your report we can deduct the dead fish on the invoice and we assure you of the replacement of these fish or their value in your next order.
Although we have excellent fish quality, these are living beings and are exposed to situations external to us, such as cargo handling in the airline or connection flight delay.
